Returns & Refunds Policy

Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to return it to us. All you have to do is either deliver it back to us or visit our retail store.

Just a few important things to be aware of:

• The product must be returned with the same condition you received it with
• We require 1 business day to review the returned product and ensure there was no tampering or replaced parts such as batteries/power supply/screen etc
• If you're delivering the product, please ensure you first reach out to us via Instagram/support@alphatechtz.com
